I voluntarily agree to hold harmless Marion Polk Food Share (MPFS), its sponsors, employees, board members, volunteers and agents from any and all claims and liabilities including costs and damages which might arise from my participation in events and activities associated with MPFS.  If the participant is a minor, a signed waiver from the legal guardian must be on file.
